IDEX Biometrics has collaborated with Goldpac FinTech, a Goldpac Group company, to deploy biometric smart cards based on IDEX Biometrics fingerprint solution for payments and identity access globally.
Goldpac, a Hong Kong-based FinTech firm, is Goldpac Group’s international business arm. Goldpac Group is a payment card supplier and claims to have a presence across 30 countries, with more than 1,700 customers comprising large and medium-sized domestic and international issuers and financial institutions.
With a strong customer base and over 30 years of payment card experience, Goldpac is well-positioned to lead the commercialization of biometric payment cards in Asia and globally.
